Caricature Artists

Bob East

Bob East has been drawing since he was able to hold a crayon. He slept through college, but still managed to watch Animal House more than 300 times. Whether it is a major event or a small gathering of friends for a special birthday party, a caricature by Bob is a great way to add something special to the evening. With more than 13 years of professional illustration and caricature experience Bob can capture the essence of a person without stealing their soul. His work in can be seen in feature films, video, print and web based media. Artistic influences include Mort Drucker, Al Hirschfeld and that dude that did the paintings for "Good Times".

When he's not working he can be found laying on the couch watching reruns of Quantum Leap.

Daryl Pyle

Daryl Pyle started professionally in the art field at the age of 18 working in the cartoon animation industry for Perennial Pictures Film Corporation on various direct to video cartoons. Later, he worked as a freelance animator for DreamWorks Animation, Universal Studios, and Saturday Night Live. He was the primary animator on a 53 animated video for kids called, "Albert's Amazing Adventures, The Alphabet."

Growing up, Daryl has always enjoyed entertaining people with jokes and gags through drawings. He continues adding smiles and laughter to any party through caricatures as he enjoys his engagements with wonderful, fun people in any party atmosphere.

Karen Kovich

When you really want to "draw" a crowd, call upon Karen Kovich. This "soon to be famous" artist is making herself available for your next convention, party, promotion or special event. Karen creates classy caricatures that take about 5 minutes for black and white and only 15 minutes for color. So no matter how big the function, everyone can get in on the action. Karen is a graduate of the American Academy of Art in Chicago, but she's been creating art most of her life. She is also the founding member of the A.C.A (Awesome Caricaturist Association).

Rick Morris

Rick Morris has been drawing caricatures professionally for over 25 years and has illustrated for major corporations throughout the world. His work is utilized by those who demand entertainment as well as accuracy in their presentation of a gift caricature. His sense of humor and gift of gab sets the subject at ease, while they wait to see his final interpretation of what he has gleaned from the lively conversation. His performance is enjoyable to the people watching over his shoulder as well. Many times the uproarious laughter from this crowd has ended with applause at the presentation of the drawing.

Since Morris is also a professional cartoonist, he is able to render outrageous situations on the spot. Morris draws without a pencil, and the lines that flow from his marker seem effortless. His motto has always been, "Draw unto others as you would have them draw unto you." Morris is funny without being overly insulting. People who would normally avoid the caricaturist at the party, instead, walk away with a memory they treasure forever.
