On the classical front, Jan earned a Bachelor’s of Music degree in classical performance from the prestigious Indiana University Music School and continued studying at California State University of Los Angeles with renowned pop and jazz artist Carrol McLaughlin while working on her Masters Degree. Jan has also formed the Hip Harp Jazz Trio featuring her on electric harp and accompanied by saxophone and percussion.

The Dolce Trio is an idea choice for any occasion that call for musical ambiance. Founded in 1981 in Indianapolis, this ensemble of violin, cello and flute are an idea choice for weddings and receptions as well as dinners, parities, and various other events. Their repertoire includes the light classical music of Beethoven, Boccherini, Corelli, Handel, Haydn, Mozart, Vivaldi, and others. They also handle music for Christian and Jewish ceremonies. The Lockerbie String Quartet has delighted midwest audiences since 1982 concretizing as one of the premiere string quartettes based in Indiana.
